Refund Policy

For our fixed-price packages, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided development has not yet started. Once development has started, the package fee is non-refundable, as it covers custom design and development work already committed to your project. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

If you're not fully satisfied with the delivered site, your package includes two rounds of revisions at no extra cost before final delivery. As our packages are digital services rather than physical goods, we don't offer product exchanges — revision rounds are how we make sure the final result matches what you asked for.

For custom software, mobile app, and marketing engagements that are scoped and priced individually, refund terms are agreed upon in the project proposal before work begins.
