By accessing nexiblesolutions.com and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Nexible Solutions LLC provides custom software development, web and mobile app development, SaaS platforms, and digital marketing services.

Services & Scope

All packages and custom projects are delivered based on the scope, deliverables, and pricing agreed upon in writing (via our published packages, proposal, invoice, or contract) before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Payment

Fees are due as specified in your project agreement or invoice. Late payment may result in paused work or suspended access to delivered systems until outstanding balances are settled.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to reuse general, non-confidential methods and components in other projects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexible Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or delivered systems.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
